Turn donations into resale-ready stock
Donors check before they leave home. You only receive what you can actually sell.
Drop Off Check helps Australian op shops receive only what they can actually resell, and turns every donation into a booked, valued drop-off.
No more guesswork.
Donors photograph an item, our AI checks it against your acceptance rules, and estimates a resale value in seconds. You approve a voucher, they book a drop-off, and your team confirms receipt. No bags of unsellable stock, no manual sorting.
How it worksFive steps, from phone to voucher
01
Photograph
A donor photographs what they'd like to donate, right from their phone. No account needed to start.
02
Check
We check the photos against your charity's acceptance rules and estimate resale value — in seconds, not a trip to the store.
03
Book
The donor picks a store and a drop-off time that suits them, from your real slot availability.
04
Drop off
They bring their items in. Staff confirm what arrived matches the photos, with one tap.
05
Voucher
If your charity offers vouchers, theirs activates the moment drop-off is confirmed — never before.

Common questions
Is Drop Off Check a marketplace?
No. Donors check a donation against your rules and book a drop-off; nothing is bought or sold through Drop Off Check. It's a screening and booking tool for your existing store.
Do donors need to create an account?
No. Donors browse and get an assessment anonymously. We only ask for an email or mobile number to confirm a drop-off booking.
Are the value estimates tax-deductible valuations?
No. Every estimate is shown as a range with clear "estimate only" wording. It's an indicative resale price to size a voucher offer, not a valuation for tax purposes.
What happens if the AI gets an item wrong?
Low-confidence items are marked "conditional" — bring it in and staff decide in person — rather than a hard accept or reject. Store managers can correct any decision, and corrections continuously improve accuracy for that charity.
Do we need a point-of-sale integration to offer vouchers?
No. QR-code redemption works with zero POS integration — any staff member can scan and redeem a voucher on their phone. POS injection is available as an add-on for charities that want it.
